Terms of Service

1. Service

ListOptix (“we”, “us”) provides a web application that helps sellers turn product facts into paste-ready marketplace listing copy for Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Walmart. Access to Generate and related features is sold as digital credits and subscription plans. Static demos and marketing pages may be viewed without purchase.

2. Accounts & credits

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Credits are digital consumables applied to Generate and related actions as shown on Pricing. Unused credits have no cash value and are non-transferable except as required by law or our refund policy below.

3. Acceptable use (AI listing copy)

ListOptix generates assistive marketplace listing copy (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords). You must use the service lawfully and remain solely responsible for what you publish on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, or any other channel.

You agree not to:

• Generate or request illegal, prohibited, or restricted product content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation of minors, fraud, scams, counterfeit goods, weapons where prohibited, or other content banned by law or marketplace policy
• Infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other IP — including brand-jacking, counterfeit listings, or unauthorized use of third-party marks in generated copy
• Create deceptive, misleading, or non-compliant listings; you must review all AI output for marketplace policy compliance before publishing
• Attempt to bypass credit metering, authentication, or rate limits
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the API or infrastructure
• Upload content you do not have rights to use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI-generated output

Generated titles, bullets, descriptions, and keywords are assistive drafts. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing, including marketplace policies, trademark, and accuracy. We do not guarantee rankings, sales, or policy compliance.

5. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record / payment partners. For refund requests, billing errors, or unused purchases, email support@listoptix.com. We review eligible unused credit purchases in good faith; chargebacks for completed Generations may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListOptix and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or marketplace account actions arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase in the 90 days before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
