1. Who we are

ListOptix (“we”, “us”) operates listoptix.com, a SaaS tool that sells digital credits for generating paste-ready marketplace listing copy. Contact: support@listoptix.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account: email, password hash or OAuth identifiers, and session data
• Usage: credit balance, Generate history metadata, and product facts you submit to create listing copy
• Payments: processed by our merchant-of-record / payment partners; we receive confirmation events (plan, amount, status), not full card numbers
• Technical: basic logs, cookies/local storage for auth and preferences, and analytics needed to run and secure the site

3. How we use data

We use data to provide the service, meter credits, process payments, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support. We do not sell personal data.

4. Processors & sharing

We share data with infrastructure and payment processors only as needed to operate ListOptix (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and MoR checkout). Those providers act under their own privacy terms for payment data they control.

5. Retention

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and fraud prevention. You may request deletion of account data by emailing support@listoptix.com; some records may be retained where required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children

ListOptix is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
