AI Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This AI Acceptable Use Policy covers ListOptix features that generate assistive marketplace listing copy (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords) from product photos or facts you submit. It applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Your responsibility

ListOptix output is assistive draft copy only. You must review all generated text before publishing on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, or any other channel, and you remain solely responsible for marketplace policy compliance, trademark and copyright clearance, and factual accuracy.

3. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use ListOptix to:

• Generate or request illegal, prohibited, or restricted product content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation of minors, fraud, scams, counterfeit goods, weapons where prohibited, or other content banned by law or marketplace policy
• Infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other IP, including brand-jacking, counterfeit listings, or unauthorized use of third-party marks in generated copy
• Create deceptive, misleading, or non-compliant listings; you must review all AI output for marketplace policy compliance before publishing
• Attempt to bypass credit metering, authentication, or rate limits
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the API or infrastructure
• Upload content you do not have rights to use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. No ranking or compliance guarantee

We do not guarantee search rankings, sales, or that any generated listing will pass a marketplace's policy review. You decide what to publish.
